The Maya collection consists of a combination of lustrous molten-metal-dipped beads, unglazed ceramics, some silky textiles and striking, talkaboutable (ooh another new word!) forms.

The metal beads are ceramic, then coated in bronze, copper, fine silver or 24k gold. As each bead (and this includes the unglazed ceramic ones too) is individually handmade, the slight differences in each one give them a primitive feel, like they've just been unearthed and put into a museum or something...

All in all, this collection has a lovely earthy, almost tribal feel to it, for those of you who like to be a bit bolder with your jewellery :)
